Ikumi started in the animation industry as a 2D Clean-up and in-betweener for children's TV programs. She was also an artist for mobile games, and a 2D animator for a storytelling app called Episode. Her current projects are making silly cat comics, and painting oil portraits of her 4 cats. She also manages an Etsy shop which she runs with her husband, Bill Presing.
