It appears that Max Narciso is a highly skilled and experienced artist in the animation and comics industry. He has worked on pre-production for animation with major companies such as Disney Animation, Warner Bros, Laika, Paramount, Skydance and currently works as lead character designer at Netflix Animation. He has successfully turned his passion into a career and has made a name for himself in the industry as a character designer and art director with proven skills and a solid artistic background. He made his way to America as a character designer thanks to Warner Bros, which lead to his collaborations with other major companies. He has been able to combine his love for art with his professionalism and has made a successful career in the animation industry.
