Erika Cisneros is an Artistic Recruiter specializing in Art and Story, collaborating closely with studio and creative leadership to build the dream teams behind our animated films. Erika began her animation recruiting journey in 2016 at DreamWorks Animation, supporting both Feature and TV projects. In 2019, she joined Netflix Animation, where she focused on Adult Animation and Kids & Family series. By 2022, she transitioned into Feature Animation, helping scale and shape the studio’s growing slate. Outside of work, Erika loves spending time outdoors with her family—hiking, camping, and exploring National Parks!
