Badge Pick-Up + Move-In Hours
Exhibitor Badges can be picked up at the REGISTRATION area (located inside the Exhibit Hall & Ballroom Building) during move-in hours:
Thursday (10/24): 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday (10/25): 8:00am – 12:00pm
You must be set up and ready to go by Friday, 10/25 at 12pm when the doors open to the public.
Saturday and Sunday, you may arrive at 9:00am (one hour before doors open to the public) for restocking. You may also stay up to 30 minutes after the doors close on Friday & Saturday as well.

Internet and Electricity
Your exhibit space at LightBox Expo does not come with electricity or internet access, if you need either service, you must order them directly from the Pasadena Convention Center's providers.

Load In/Parking Map
Load in & load out will happen through the MARENGO LOADING DOCK on Marengo Ave.
There is a ramp that will lead you straight down to the loading dock. You will have 30 minutes of free parking in the loading dock to unload your vehicle. Afterwards, you will need to move your vehicle, and there is parking at the convention center as well as the surrounding areas.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need it, you must bring your own hand cart/dolly to move your products into the show floor as the convention center does not have carts available for use. If you do need a cart on-site, you will have to rent one from Show Ready.

Guest Lounge
Want to go somewhere quiet and peaceful to get away for a minute? Or need complimentary water, soda, coffee, and snacks? Come to the LBX Guest Lounge in Ballroom H! Only EXHIBITOR, PRESENTER, GUEST, and SPONSOR badges are allowed in, so it's also a great place to have good quality networking and conversations. The ENTRANCE is located on the show floor, in between booths 921 and 925!

International Card Readers
If you are traveling to LBX from outside of the US, we've been told that if your card reader is from your home country, it may not work while you’re in the US, so please make sure you have a backup plan or look to purchase a US-based card reader!
Temporary Seller's Permit
Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of California State Retail Sales Tax. You must provide a UBI Number or Temporary Tax Registration number upon request for any tax authority. If you set up at LBX without a valid number, any fines incurred will be passed on to you, the Exhibitor.

Terms & Conditions
Please remember that you agreed to the LBX Terms & Conditions for exhibiting when you signed up, but please acknowledge these 3 things specifically:

1 – We do not allow AI-generated artwork to be displayed or sold. If any form of Al generated work being sold is determined to be as-such by our staff, it will be considered a form of counterfeit/bootleg merchandise and will be required to be removed.
2 – If you are in the Artist Alley, your table cannot be moved from its position - you can’t encroach forward into the aisle nor can you move it backwards towards the curtain and set up in front of it.
3 – You cannot tear down early on Sunday; you must stay set up until the show closes at 5:00pm.
