Melany Altuna is a character designer born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.
After earning a degree in Illustration, she decided to continue her studies and moved to Pasadena, California where she discovered her passion for Character Design and the animation industry.
For the past eight years, Melany has worked on a variety of animated tv shows for Warner Brothers Animation, Netflix, Nickelodeon and Disney Television Animation.
She loves living in sunny California with her family and her furry children, Boss and Pepper. In her free time, she loves to experiment with ceramics and other mediums to expand her creativity.
