To attend a panel, you must have a panel ticket
Exceptions: The first presentation of the day in each room and any Civic Auditorium programming
Tickets for panels are handed out 75 MINUTES before the panel begins
Note: Only 1 ticket per person, you cannot hold tickets for friends
Example: For a 2:00pm panel, you can receive a ticket beginning at 12:45pm
Return no earlier than 15 MINUTES before the panel time listed so you may be seated
You MUST arrive at least 5 MINUTES prior to the beginning of the panel
Note: Arriving less than 5 minutes before a panel begins (or any time after) will result in a forfeited seat
If you commit to a panel, please plan on staying the whole time out of respect for the presenters and their time, as well as your fellow attendees. The door opening and closing is very distracting.
