Director
Ale Turano is a reference in the 3D & CGI industry in Argentina, with over 17 years of experience in animation
and visual effects. He works as a Director represented by 3dar, 1st Ave Machine, and BITT Animation, and is
co-founder of Incendio, a Buenos Aires-based directing duo (with Mech Rabovich) working worldwide. He just
wrapped “Nevatars,” an IP created by Andy Serkis (Mixed Reality Short, In Official Selection at La Biennale
di Venezia 2026), where he served as Creative Director and Director of Photography. He is currently Look
Development Supervisor on the upcoming animated TV Series NETFLIX’s “Mafalda” (dir. Juan José
Campanella, Academy Award Winner, in production). His work spans full-CGI and live-action/mixed-media
projects — often as both Director and Director of Art & Photography — increasingly combining stop-motion
models with CGI characters. Highlights include the animated feature “Metegol” (dir. Juan José Campanella),
Head of Look and CGI on Lil Dicky’s “Earth,” VFX Creative Director on “Adventure Force 5,” and
