I’m Alix Hillmer, a.k.a, CyanAliArt. I'm a freelance illustrator and character artist. My primary medium is digital, creating in both Procreate on an iPad and Photoshop with a Wacom Cintiq, I am also proficient in traditional media including gouache, ink, and acrylic painting. A lot of my work is inspired by a lot of aspects of pop culture including anime & manga, fashion, RPG games, fantasy, and so much more. One thing you will notice in my work is my love for fantasy creatures including mermaids, elves, witches, and monsters. They are a way for me to create expressive characters with fun stories behind them and playing around with bold and bright colors. My aim to is to create work that is bright with a magical twist to it!
