Concept Art Association is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to elevating and raising the profile of concept artists, their art and their involvement in the entertainment industries. We focus on community-building events, mentorship opportunities, and promoting artists through our annual Concept Art Awards show, where we showcase and recognize these behind-the-scenes individuals working in entertainment concept art.

The annual Concept Art Awards are judged by a panel of industry experts and recognize excellence in character, creature, vehicle/prop, environment, keyframe, color keys, and visual development. The 2026 Concept Art Awards will be held on Saturday, October 24th at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium during LightBox Expo and celebrates professional, personal, and student work, along with a Rising Star, LBX Luminary, and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
