Don Kilpatrick (He/Him)

Don Kilpatrick III moved to Detroit in 2007 to begin his career at the College for Creative Studies as a faculty member in the Illustration Department of which he has been the Department Chair since 2010. A successful freelance illustrator, Kilpatrick has worked with clients such as Domestika, Fortune, the L.A. Times, Nautilus, the Wall Street Journal, the 2002 Winter Olympics, and Little Caesar’s Arena. Additionally, he is part of the Speedball Professional Artist network, was recently awarded a gold medal from the Society of Illustrators, and has exhibited his art work in multiple group and solo shows in Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Miami, and Tokyo.
