Erika Cisneros is an Artistic Recruiter for Feature Animation. She started her recruiting career in 2008 for the United States Air Force. In early 2016, Erika transitioned to the world of Animation Recruiting at DreamWorks Animation, contributing to the hiring of artists for series that would later premiere on Netflix. Since joining Netflix in early 2019, she has been part of their new and evolving Animation Studios, partnering closely with their development and production teams for all Art and Story hiring needs. When not working, she enjoys hiking with her family, exploring different National Parks, and getting lost in DIY home projects.
