Other
Eun Bi Chang is a film and game Producer with over seven years of expertise in art leadership, team management, and 2D/3D creative pipelines. At Pocket Gems, she manages offshore vendors and in-game asset production, driving live content and art-driven storytelling. Rooted in an artistic background, Eun Bi studied 3D animation and storyboarding before teaching and working as a hand-drawn animator in Seoul on The Shower (2017). Though she initially aspired to direct, producing and directing the animated short Paper City (2020) with an all-remote team shifted her trajectory. She discovered a passion for production management, finding greater joy in connecting cross-functional teams to realize an artistic vision. She now leverages this experience to produce projects like Oren’s Way (2022) and Double Smooth (in production). Having lived abroad for over two decades, Eun Bi's personal work deeply explores themes of home, belonging, and change. Whether producing games and films or painting traditional Minhwa on Hanji paper, she strives to create impactful work that connects people through shared emotion and narrative.
