Hello! I'm Geneva Bowers, a self-studied illustrator based in North Carolina Appalachia. I love manipulating color and adding whimsy with a touch of realism and calm. Everyday fantasy, if you will!
I have partnered with Netflix, Dreamworks Animation, Disney Animation, Pixar, Amazon Prime Video and Epic Games in the animation and cinematography realm, and have worked for almost every major publisher (Simon and Schuster, Penguin Random House, Bloomsbury, et al) in the book publishing realm as a YA author and illustrator.
I was also a Hugo award winner in 2018, as well as a nomination for the British Science Fiction Awards.
My most recent project was the completion of my first graphic novel, HoverGirls.
