Grazia Como is the Program Manager for Netflix’s Animation Studios Training and Talent Development, overseeing internal and early career initiatives to engage and develop talent for Feature Films.
A first-generation SoCal native, Grazia began her animation career at PDI/DreamWorks as a render assistant on Antz (1997). Before joining Netflix, she led the Artist Trainee and Internship Programs across Feature, TV, Technology, and Corporate departments at DreamWorks Animation, playing a key role in developing and managing training and community initiatives. Grazia also worked in visual effects and commercials as a production manager at Stan Winston Studios, and at Digital Domain VFX Studio in production, technical support, and training development.
Grazia’s academic journey began at community college, studying Architecture, where she discovered a passion for computer animation. She transferred to Cogswell Polytechnical College to pursue it further, but did not complete her degree, as motherhood became her next adventure.
