Ikumi started in the animation industry as a 2D Clean-up and in-betweener for children's TV programs. She also contributed to a number of mobile games, including a mobile storytelling app, Episode.
She enjoys painting whimsical illustrations, and painting oil portraits of her cats,
She also manages an Etsy shop, Belles and Whistles Pinup with her husband, Bill Presing.
