Director
Kaniz Fatema is a New York City-based South Asian American animator, storyboard artist, and educator. She previously worked on the HBO documentary Donyale Luna (2023) and completed the Titmouse Foundation’s Future Directors Program in 2023. Her short film The Fisherman’s Lullaby —a five-minute animated work rooted in Bengali mythology and culture, funded through TF’s inaugural Female Directors Grant.
