I am a Bay Area native who packed up, moved to LA, and dropped out of art school. In 2019, I was hired from the Exceptional Minds animation program as a Production Assistant at Nickelodeon. Over the next four years, I advanced through several roles before returning to Exceptional Minds, where I now serve as our 2D Studio Associate Producer. I am passionate about advocating for greater inclusion of autism in the art and entertainment industries. I have spoken at companies, conventions, and industry events about the importance of creating opportunities for artists on the spectrum and recognizing their talents without bias. My goal is to inspire artists on the spectrum to pursue their passion for art while encouraging studios and industry professionals to recognize the creativity, skill, and unique perspectives they bring to the field.

This panel brings together neurodivergent artists and their managers to explore how inclusive hiring, workplace support, and career development are strengthening the digital arts and animation industry. Industry leaders will discuss the value of neurodivergent voices on creative teams and share practical strategies for recruiting and supporting neurodivergent talent. Neurodivergent artists will learn to showcase their skills, advocate for themselves in the workplace, and navigate a rapidly-changing industry.

Presenters include representatives from Exceptional Minds, a vocational academy and professional studios for artists on the autism spectrum, independent neurodivergent artists working in the industry, and leaders committed to hiring and supporting neurodivergent talent.
