Lexy Harvas (They/Them)

Character Artist
Lexy Harvas is a character designer whose work balances playful invention, strong silhouettes, and production-minded clarity. A lifelong gamer, they draw on video game principles—readability, iconic shapes, clear motion cues—to make characters that register immediately on screen and in play. For the past five years at Fox TV Animation, Lexy has designed for Family Guy, partnering with fellow character designers and the whole creative team to ensure each design supports performance, story beats, and animation pipelines. Their process moves from rapid hand thumbnails and rough designs; to clean up and polished digital turnarounds. Sometimes, even prioritizing expression sheets with gestures and props that sell personality in a single frame. Colleagues cite their fast iteration, collaborative spirit, and ability to adapt to production constraints. In their personal work, Lexy draws continuous inspiration from indie games, Eastern animation styles, like Anime, and Western animated films. Lexy also heavily enjoys history and literature outside of work in addition to various other creative outlets.
