Marina Soto began her animation career in Spain as a production assistant on various 2D and CG TV series projects. She developed her production management skills over the years, eventually moving to Madrid to become a Production Supervisor at Ilion Animation.
In 2009, Marina embarked on a new journey by relocating to Los Angeles, where she currently resides. She spent a decade at DreamWorks Animation, contributing to production management on acclaimed feature films such as The Croods, Kung Fu Panda, and "The Boss Baby.
In 2019, Marina transitioned to Talent Acquisition, discovering a rewarding career as a Recruiter and joined Netflix's exceptional Talent Acquisition team, where she continues to thrive and learn something new every day.
