Miranda Dressler (She/Her)

Miranda Dressler is a designer, illustrator, and art director in Los Angeles. Working in both the animation industry and product design, Miranda's art has appeared on shelves at Target, in LA galleries, on NYC subway murals, and on TV screens every Sunday night on Fox. Now: currently the art director of Dan Harmon's show 'Krapopolis' on Fox and Hulu. Before: worked on Bob's Burgers, Mixels, Over the Garden Wall, Paul Frank and many more super rad animated projects!

This panel brings together neurodivergent artists and their managers to explore how inclusive hiring, workplace support, and career development are strengthening the digital arts and animation industry. Industry leaders will discuss the value of neurodivergent voices on creative teams and share practical strategies for recruiting and supporting neurodivergent talent. Neurodivergent artists will learn to showcase their skills, advocate for themselves in the workplace, and navigate a rapidly-changing industry.

Presenters include representatives from Exceptional Minds, a vocational academy and professional studios for artists on the autism spectrum, independent neurodivergent artists working in the industry, and leaders committed to hiring and supporting neurodivergent talent.
