Head of Story, Story Artist, Production Designer, Concept Illustrator, Animator & Instructor. 30+ years in animation & live action in features and streaming. Within the past two years, he was directed a short film for the Animation Council of the Philippines where he also taught a Storyboard Masterclass. He did concept illustrations for the upcoming live-action Moana '26 and this year's How to Train Your Dragon. He worked on a Chinese/Peruvian project presented at Annecy France '25. Past credits: Krapopolis @Hulu, Twilight of the Gods, Green Eggs & Ham, Dragons: Race To The Edge @Netflix. Networking is a huge part of his continuous work in the industry. He has worked at a dozen major studios on various projects in the entertainment industry. He is a member of many animation organizations. He attends various events relating to art, animation and pop culture. He also gives much of his time to speak at many events. Building relationships is necessary in any industry.

In this talk, we discuss the art of networking: 1) the do’s & don’ts 2) how to catch a professional’s attention 3) new resources for in-person and online networking 4) how to overcome your fears in reaching out to people. It’s 2025 and we have to adapt and be brave and creative.
