Shane Hartley is the Executive Creative Director at Ravensburger, where he leads the creative vision and strategy for the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game. With over 20 years of experience in creative direction and design for consumer products, Shane specializes in collectible gaming. His expertise spans soft goods, collectibles, apparel, toys, games, publishing, packaging, and more. He has built and led multidisciplinary creative teams, including the Design, Narrative, and Art (DNA) group for Lorcana, streamlining processes, aligning gameplay with narrative world-building, and maintaining consistent art direction. Shane has collaborated with top brands and franchises such as Star Wars, Marvel, Halo, Gears of War, Nike, Facebook, Minecraft, Nascar, Valve, and Pokémon.
