Born in the Bronx and trained at SVA (BFA Film & Video, 1994), Shannon co-founded Titmouse with Chris Prynoski in 2000 after meeting at SVA. As the studio’s VP and supervising producer, she oversaw productions including The Venture Bros., Metalocalypse, Big Mouth, and Star Trek: Lower Decks. In 2020, she co-founded the Titmouse Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has since launched scholarships, mentorship programs, and industry access initiatives for underrepresented animation artists.
