Skybound Animation Studios is the home of incredible action with meaningful stakes and incredible characters, including the hit series INVINCIBLE, available exclusively on Prime Video. Based in Los Angeles, we are a full capability studio producing 2D and 3D animation, with a team of more than 100 story artists, designers, editors and production staff. Our team creates and co-produces the groundbreaking hour-long adult animated series Invincible. The series revolves around 17-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age, except for one thing: His father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man. As Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems. Season 4 is the most-watched season of the series to date and continued its critically acclaimed streak with a third straight 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. A highly-anticipated 5th season has been announced for release in 2027.

Everything you see on screen in Skybound Entertainment’s hit adult animated series INVINCIBLE on Prime Video was thoughtfully designed by an individual artist. Every character, every weapon, every wild outer space locale, and every streak of blood spraying across the screen was thoughtfully created by a team of designers and artists making bold choices.

Join INVINCIBLE Art Director Dou Hong, Background Paint Supervisor Corwin Woo, Color Supervisor Victoria Thornberry, and Environment Design Supervisor Edwin Fong as they share BTS production designs for scenes from Season 4, to go deep on each of the specialties that contribute to the final image you see: environments and sets, characters, props, background paintings, color, FX, and more.
