We will discuss many of the hurdles we have had to personally overcome, encouraging those embarking on the Industry, to reflect on their own hurdles.
We will also touch on generational expectations of success, coming from Black, Asian, and minority communities.
Talk about the importance of creating and being a part of a supportive community and the importance of visibility while getting and staying connected in the Industry.
